We know that sometimes, you need just a few more pieces after your initial order—whether it's for new hires, last-minute events, or replacements. That’s where our Inventory Release Program comes in. With this service, we imprint and store extra product upfront, so it’s ready and waiting in our system. When you need it, simply log in and release what you need—no setup, no delay.

Identify your customers program and/or kitting needs and order program inventory.

Order Inventory

Distributor login created for you to place orders or assign end user logins to allow your customer access to self-order and tracking.

Release Items

Release 1 or more items at a time by going to our program website, entering personalization and quantity needed.

STEP 4

Order Ships

Items ship default USPS first class. For faster shipping options, provide your 3rd party billing information for items to ship as fast as 2 business days.  

STEP 5

Automatic Updates

Receive automatic updates on available inventory, low stock as well as tracking. 

STEP 6

Restock

After being notified of low stock, submit a new PO to replenish inventory, then start ordering as needed again!

FAQ'S

How do I get started with an online release program?

When you place your initial badge order, extra badges are ordered and invoiced. The extras are then placed in our inventory program. Later when you need more badges, names are entered online and shipped directly to you!

Will the format of my badge stay the same?

Your order details are stored online. Including logo placement, name details (font, number of lines, etc) and fastener options. This insures consistency. Your branding is very important to us!

What if I only need one badge right now?

Release as many as you need! One or one hundred! Each order can ship to exactly where you need it to go. Saving you from handling orders again. If you know you will need more badges this year, between new hires, name changes, title changes; order how many you may need, and they are available for you to customize and release anytime!

I have a very long list of names I will need for each order. Will this be a problem?

Absolutely no problem! Use the bulk paste function to copy and paste your list instead of manual entry. Instructions available upon request. Multiple drop ships? We can handle that too, reach out for your custom Excel template.

How fast will my badges come?

Badges are shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Allow additional time for shipping. Orders ship from Minnesota. 

We have many different stores we want to ship badges to. Will this be an issue?

The more stores/locations, the merrier! We will upload your store address list to your account. It will be available when you place your order. Simply select which address to send badges! 

How will I know if I am low on badges?

With your initial order we will set a reorder point. You will receive an email alerting you to your low stock level. Contact your distributor to reorder!

How long will you keep my badges in stock?

As long as you are actively releasing products from your program we will keep it open. After 2 years of inactivity, your program will be closed.

How do shipping charges work with this program?

There is NO shipping charge or invoice when products are released. Released products normally ship First Class Mail to USA addresses.  Alternate shipping methods are available for an additional cost. International shipping is also available when you provide a shipping carrier account number. If we receive a charge for an address correction, you will be invoiced for charges.
